		<description>yay for more protein yay!!! i just started doing that and more lifiting and i feel GREAT! i LOVE feeling stronger! and protein satisfies me soo great :) I always eat 2% chobani with walnuts and cereal and protein powder after i work out or something of that sort. im eating a LOT of grilled chicken, eggs, yogurt, healthy fats..i added 20 g of fat to each day and EVERYTHING looks better and feels better!</description>
