About

I am a 23 year old mother of a 1 year old. I am also a student at Xavier University and a customer service rep for a national department store. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about whole food nutrition and health! But, there is so much more for me to learn. Find out a little more about me in my first post http://wholebodylove.wordpress.com/2009/06/24/virgin-blogger/
*edit* I have had a few questions regarding my name. Yes, there are many lovely ladies who are named Jennifer and go by Jenna and there is nothing wrong with that. However, to answer some readers, Jenna is the name on my birth certificate. But, since there are about 2,945,956 Jennas in the health and food blog world, I am going to go simply by the name J on the blog and in my comments.
Contact me with questions or advice. I would love to hear from you!

Awww… Your daughter really is cute as a bug! Love that picture.
You and your daughter are absolutely beautiful! I’m so glad I found your blog
Thanks so much! I have had a few less than supportive comments sense I have begun blogging. I appreciate your kindness
Hi Jenna,
I actually didn’t bake them! I’m doing “high-raw” at the moment….. I say at the moment because I am not trying to commit to anything or to follow strict rules, but so far when I DO follow the raw rules my body feels great.
But, that doesn’t work for everyone I realize.
So basically the “cookies” I just threw together and now I have them in the fridge. I love to do combos with this with nut butters, ground nuts, etc, chill them, then roll in coconut!
Yum!! I can’t wait to try them! How much of each ingredient did you use? The high raw way of eating seems to be very beneficial for most people. I have become really interested in it lately. However, many of the recipes that intrigue me require a dehydrator, which, unfortunately, I am lacking.
How do you do it all? One small step at a time…you are inspiring!

AND working!
Hi there!
You and your daughter are so beautiful. My real name is “Jennifer” but it’s rare that anyone calls me that. I love the name Jenna and went by that for a time in college. I still have friends from that time period who call me Jenna. For a while I was auditioning a lot in LA and I went by Jennica. I have family who call me Jenni. When I was a kid I wanted to change my name to Jenafara. No joke. Ironically, everyone just calls me Jenn. Can’t get much more ordinary than that! Anyway…Jenna a good name. I sort of wish that is the name that would have been on my birth certificate…it might of saved me some confusion. Ha!
BTW, thanks for commenting on the Janetha and Momma B post today.
Hi! Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog.
Your daughter is so adorable, and I love your outlook on food, your family, and life in general. I hope I can exercise some whole body love in my life!
